Christmas lights, surely this has to be annoying?

In the street next to our soemone has a big light up star (or it could be a snowflake) in their living room window. It goes red, blue, green,silver, then all 4 colours in stripes. flashing whilst doing this. I'd get a migraine!
And its huge, it takes up a good 2/3 of the window

I wouldn't go there, and as long as no-one opposite us does this , I will live with it.
