What to get for nursery staff?

DS goes to nursery 2/3 days a week and I would like to get something nice for the girls.

He does have a "Key Worker" but I feel it would be unfair to only get her something as all of the staff look after the children.

I was thinking of getting them all something about £10 each but there are 5 of them in his "room" and then the girls in the office are always very helpful so that means about 7/8 in total.

Would it be better to get them something like
this

What do other people normally do?

Or maybe you work in a nursery and have an idea that went down well for me?!!

missorinoco I do like the idea of contributing to their night out - that's what I'd like if I worked there :-)

I think I will ask the office girls next time I drop DS off what the present giving protocol is.

If they do the sharing/raffle thing, then it's not worth me spending time thinking what each individual would like.

Oh and yes I hadn't thought that some ppl might not drink so perhaps wine is not the best idea. Although, I don't really drink myself but would always be happy with a nice bottle of wine.
