DD now wants a camcorder for christmas

We have already decided that we are limiting their main presents to around £50 (plus stocking pressies). So has anyone found a good digital camcorder for under 100? I've seen some that look more like cameras than the orginial camcorders for around 50-60 but I have no experience of how good they are.

Mustek DV316L Digital Camcorder (3MP) - Pink - £42.01 on Amazon. Reviews seem ok given the price - would imagine it comes in other colours if you're not keen on the pink.

Thanks happy. I've seen a few at that sort of price but I just wondered if anyone had any experience? But I suspect it will be OK...not great but OK. And that's good enough for a 10yr old

Someone on here was raving about the flip. Might be a bit spenny though.

My dd got a flip for her birthday - she really likes it. easy to use, not sure about picture quality though as we haven't downloaded any footage yet.
