Yes, I know I am late! I had a load of thank you letters written out and ready to put in envelopes, and DD's have destroyed them this morning!
I left them on the side and they got 'washed' in DD1's water.

Any ideas for very quick, easy cards I can do this morning with DD's? they are 2.11 and 1.2, although DD2 can be left out if necessary.
Have paints etc but can't get to shop for 'special' stuff. And am lacking in imagination today.

get them to finger paint a huge piece of paper - then cut it into smaller pieces to stick onto the front of cards - a lot quicker than trying to get them to do a load of cards individually

I still haven't done mine yet....waiting for some photos to come to do them with

In the past I've stuck on a flower (pack from ELC but you could improvise) and got them to do a wobbly stalk and leaf.

Or just get them to do a drawing(scribble)cut it out in a square and stick it on a card so it looks like it has a border, then write the date, age and name of child in the corner in pencil. My sil does this and it's simple but looks quite professional. Not sure my lot's efforts would look quite as professional so not done the same yet.

I used Snapfish. We did simple one sided photocards. Has a photo of DD on the left and says Thankyou for my christmas present, love from xx on the right. DD has written To xx, I loved my xxx (or something along those lines) for the reverse. They are about to be posted next week. She has started writing them.

Thanks for ideas, I let them loose with teh finger paints earlier, dd2 had a ball! I strapped her into the highchair and let them go so have loads of painting I can cut nice squares from.
I do photos for their birthday thank yous, otherwise I would have done it for these as well!
