For the first time since dh and I have been together we have had a stress free christmas with his family!!

Oh and I totally rock on the drums on world tour , even if ds's told me not to be too sad that I can't sing atall!

For the first time in my entire life I am actually speechless! My voice has completely gone and I can only manage a whisper.

I really love Boys toys! They are actually getting interesting now. I'm even getting good at lego.
And DH is staying out after the football (which I told him to) thus meaning I have control of the remote/Christmas nibbles/wine and can MN all night

Dd is 2. She had a bicycle under the Christmas tree, and was thrilled. After 15 minutes or so, I gently asked her if she might like to open one of her presents, or investigate her stocking...

"No thank you" she said, "I've already had my present. I had a bicycle!"

Ham is fab at any time. Sparkly is The only wine at this time of year. Liqueur chocolates are no good and could have just about anything in them.Christmas dinner is wasted on small children. Presents are great. I love MN and require it at Christmas.

I too love Lego now!! - tis not just a boys toy!!

He gave me the box and I happily unwrapped it and opened saying how gorgeous it was (not realising) till he asked (on 2 knees where he belongs!! ) then I sat in shock which caused him to say - you're leaving me hanging here are you gonna answer me? lol

I made little mince crumbles instead of mince pies, and "santa" loved them. LOL.

dd decided to leave Father Christmas a tomato sauce sarnie and can of Stella rather than mince pies and milk.

dd was given disney princess dolls and asked what she was meant to do with them but had no problem working out how to play with Ben 10 figures.

dd (2)got poorly about 4:30 yesterday and bounce back at 4:30 today.

The FIL and BIL have left the building (yay)
