Cauliflower cheese - can I make it the night before?

I am trying to work out what I can cook tonight to make tomorrow easier.

Can I either cook the whole thing tonight and then re-heat it or can I prepare it all now and then cook tomorrow. Will doing either of these things mess it up?

Prepare it now & cook tomorrow. I have done this before & it's fine.

Hurrah! One less thing to do tomorrow. Not sure my oven would be big enough for it all anyway!

I plan on making cauliflower cheese to accompany our ham on Sunday. I will make it on Saturday and put it into an oven proof dish. On Sunday, it will be reheated in the oven.

It's pretty easy to make when you are about to eat it, but you have to balance your need for pans and cooker space. For us, I don't really have enough pans to give over two to cauliflower cheese, so it makes more sense to make it ahead of time.

OH BUGGER! the recipe I was following said to put anchovies on it, which I did. OH has just told me he absolutely hates Anchovies!
Maybe I should dash to the shop for another cauliflower
