Can i freeze bread sauce in advance for the big day?

Just about to make me Delias bread sauce for Christmas dinner, trying to get organised in advance. Was going to freeze it like my aoole sauce - should defrost ok???? shouldn't it??

obviously should say apple!!

I freeze mine ahead of time and defrost as necessary.

yes will be fine ,you might have to add a little milk or cream when re haeting to loosen it up a bit though

thanks, had a look on delia online and they suggested like SS, do it up to the point of adding the cream. Add cream on the day. Tick another job done
