I have three lots of baking to do: mince pies, gingerbread biscuits in christmas shapes, and chocolate brownies in christmas muffin cases.
Some are for us, some are for friends, and some are for our local shopkeepers (tradition that the kids walk around the block offering treats to all the shopkeepers we know and love).
