We have a general rule that we don't buy for adults but ds always gives his nannas something small to open, I am seriously short of inspiration this year though!.

(I am on a budget so please don't show me lovely expensive things)

Oh and he has 3 teachers (preschool), so need something for them too either a shared gift in 3 individual ones.

Please help I have this horrid head cold and cannot function! TIA

make them something - or make DS make them something

I normally get my MIL a nice decoration for her tree but we've made stuff this year

Nice handcream. Even if you don't do bubble-bath, handcream is lovely in winter. Waitrose do a nice heathcote & ivory "vintage rose" flavour one, which is about £4.

Boots do 3 for 2 on gifts

Candles.
I got a pretty one for DS2s teacher from QD for 49p, she'll never know.

ooh nice ideas thanks everyone, knew I could rely on MN

I would like to make biscuits or something but seen as me and ds are both germ infested we best not!

I always see people recommending waitrose things - we don't have one {sulky pout}

how about lucky dip lottery tickets for the teachers? someone else suggested that on here....

we just bought those yankee candles for various people who we wanted to get a token gift for
they start at about a pound each and there are a million different scents, so dc can really get involved by smelling them all and thinking about the person's personality when choosing

I once read in the Guardian that teachers love to receive a bottle of wine rather than chocs etc .....so that has been standard gift from DCs to teachers ever since.
