This year i have moved from white to 200 red holy berry ones, which i thought looked very effective.

DH said he thought he had pulled up outside a brothel when he arrived home {fblush]

Lots of white lights around the home though.

I have ice blue led ones that dance (how tacky?) i love them they are uber bright and you need some sort of sunglasses to come in our house!

We also have net lights at the windows in multicolours that also dance and a big light up snowflake inthe bedroom window.

Could not justify 20 quid on new led ones and the normal ones weren't big enough for tree.

So ended up using habitat led ones which are like dark pink flowers, don't think they were intended for trees but look really pretty actually. They used to be around the walls in our old living room.

I am past trying too hard. whatever is lying around.

Multi coloured lights. Lots of clashing colours on our Christmas tree.
