Prawn Cocktail Recipe

Going to make Prawn Cocktail for our festive starter - of course needs to be a bit special. Anyone use a particular recipe that is wonderful?

I put mango and a few coriander leaves in the salad bit of mine and when making the dressing I add a squeeze of lime and some cayenne pepper. To finish add some really finely chopped red pepper on top to make it look colourful.

and do it with brown bread and butter, makes it soooooo much nicer.
