Nigella's Christams Ribs

Help please!

Nigella did spare ribs on her Christmas pROgramme t'other night but it isn't in any of my Nigella books.

Can anyone help, please? It was a marinade with cranberry sauce and mandarins.

I have asked on 'food' but no luck

Have you tried searching recipes on the bbc website? They usually list all the dishes cooked in each programme. Would search for you but am supposed to be catching up with housework instead of MN!

aaah - had another look and yes, here it is:

1 cup sweet chilli sauce.
Half cup cranberry sauce.
half cup sweet black soy sauce.
juice clementine.
juice lime.
marinade for a few hours.

Cook for an hour and half in a hot oven (about 200degrees)

The show didnt tell you the weight of the ribs she used, but it looks about a pound and half (ish).
