New Year's Eve

So, when Christmas day is actually out of the way, and the children are bored with their presents already ... what will you be doing on New Year's Eve?

Sorry to be thinking past Christmas aready!!

I'll be at home with DH, the kids asleep upstairs.

We will ahve the lights off, pretending we are out. so we don't have to "pop over to the neighbours for a drink"

DH will probably want to watch Jools Holland with his hootananny.

It will be games night. DH is not working NYE this year and is having NYD off, too.

We all take it in turns to choose a game, DS (13) suggested it, DD (21m) will hopefully sleep .

It will involve some nice food and drink too.

I love NYE. The caretaker at my girls' primary school opens up the hall and provides the music, then everyone brings their own drink and a plate of food, it's fab.
