have ordered most of ds presents from there and just realised they have said they will all be delivered after christmas. although when i ordered them it said they would be here in time and evething was in stock.

do they usually keep to the delivery times stated - are they set in stone. whenever ive ordered toys/books before i think they have come early. (WELL HOPING)

any ideas thanks

Are you having them delivered 'supersaver' or by first class? Supersaver is always a 'few' days later than first class.

You should look at your order and group them in to smaller orders with similar delivery dates.

Also you can choose to have items delivered when they are available but you will pay more in postage.

There is another Amazon thread under this topic with delivery details/advice.

Good luck.

have they subsequently contacted you to say the orders would be delivered after xmas ??

because, if at the time of ordering, they said they would be before xmas, and have then changed their mind, that is breach of contract and you can ask for your money back

having said that, most stuff seems to come early normally, but I wouldn't rely on that at this time of yr tbh

I think what might have happened is that one item is delaying the whole order?

daizydoo · 12/12/2008 07:42

Go through each time in your order & see if one item is holding the order up. If it is & you delete it from the order the items should get delivered quicker. This happened to me last year.

ring them, they're pretty helpful and will be able to see what's holding your order up.
