Meat at xmas....

So normally we have a turkey crown and a bit of beef and some company but this year its just me, dh and 2 dc. Seems alot of meat to buy in for us 4 so thought i might be adventurous - tell me about goose and any other you have alone.... Is goose realyl fatty?

Not sure about goose, but duck is lovely. Had a really nice duck in morello cherry sauce (courtesy of Delia) which was fab. Don't have recipe on me anymore, my mum did it but I do remember it was dead easy to do.
