right.. I soaked some cherries in brandy and some in kirsh.
drained them off last night.. and dipped them in dark chocolate today.
YUmmy and dh informs me that the by product of the left over brandy ( brandy syrup and added brandy) is very very delish!! what a fab by product!!
on the plus side I only soaked them all for a couple of days so if your this way inclined there is still time to do it!
also have just made my dark choc slabs, one with hazel nuts, one with kirsh cherries and one with crystilized ginger.. tomorrow is white chocolate slab day!
