Over your budget but if you dont mind adding to it, then Disney have a fab range. They are only released for a certain time so very collectible.

I like this one, as you can add a message to it and its the first time i've seen this option despite collecting them for years.

thanks for the links, they are great,just want to buy them something with the money(was what he wanted) but buying them a plasic toy seems a bit meaningless now.

this one is quite sweet
