woolworths online

i ordered a scalectrix from here on 24th nov,
on 26th nov got an email saying that it had been dispatched. I have still not received it.what are my chances of getting it do you think?

The Woolworths site has ben down for ages. Might be worth going into a store and see what they can advise you.

have done that, they said that they cant deal with online orders. think will have to give up on it and buy one from argos.Am just a bit annoyed that they debited my account and dispatched, but it still looks like i wont get it.

The administators will deal with your query and sort it out.

They should have despatched it to you or they would have contacted you. They dont just vanish until everything is sorted out and completed.
