Follow your 'strangely familiar' link to their home page cali and it isn't opening now. Maybe it'd be a bit annoying if you'd already bought tickets but probably saves a bit of upset in the long run.

It's been cancelled due to bad publicity and poor ticket sales according to the organisers.

Nothing to do with the fact that they did not have permission and people were probably very wary about being ripped off.
