They've had 1300 complaints after being open one weekend! It costs 100 quid for a family or 4 and the whole thing is a rip off, apparently a few garden sheds strewn around a muddy field, 2 hour queues to see Santa, a nativity scene which was a badly done painting, no elves (apparently had most of their agency staff walk off the job!).
So get your money back- unless it's closed already!
I gather the one in Kent is considered well worthwhile and value for money, so as not to confuse the 2!
