FIL present just keep thinking and thinking

hes the only one to buy for now.

he doesnt do hobbies (apart from his car but we bought him stuff for that for his bday in oct)

doesnt read
doesnt drink
doesnt "do" aftershaves
last time we bought him a jumper but never seen him wearing it

stumped.

any ideas?

Consumables - nice mini hamper? Cheese's chutneys etc

Something for the garden? We're buying the PIL new wellingtons this year with wellie socks!!!!

ask MIL?

Something to plant in his garden? CD? A game to play on xmas day?

Pyjamas? Scarf? Gloves? Assuming he does go out of the house sometimes?! What does he do with his time - does he garden, does he still do bits of DIY around the house, even if that doesn't count as a hobby? Sympathy, I have a very similar FIL.
