Anyone else using these retailers?

I'm having a lot of trouble accessing my account and have placed a big Christmas order with them! I'm nervous. Is it just me having trouble?

I couldn't acsess my account but i ordered my stuff on friday last week and it arrived Monday. I have used them before now and they have always beed reliable.

I've always found them reliable in the past (used them 4 or 5 times).
If you're worried, call them. Unlike some other online traders they do answer the phone!

I've used them lots of times and they have always been fine, quick delivery and no problems - sounds like a computer blip re the account. Don't panic!

I've found them to be crap in the past,they don't tell you when things aren't in stock and they take forever to arrive(friends have too). However I don't think they're dodgy, they sound quite genuine on the phone, it arrives-eventually!!!! They did give me a £10 credit last time I complained.

There site is rubbish but has just gone over to a new system so that might be it. Always ring your order as they don't always update the site.

I finally did my order over the phone and when it arrived they'd sent double of everything (including a table and chairs). At least they didn't charge me for it but am now falling over it until they get their arses in gear to send to courier for it all.
To be fair I've ordered from them before and they've been fine. Obviously the system has gone very badly wrong.

Hmm, I was going to use them to buy a toy farm for dd.

Then saw same farm on Amazon £15.00 cheaper and no delivery charges.

Have thrown cataogue away

I am a new customer. Their website is a bit crap. Froze just as I entered my payment details but before I confirmed the order. They still took payment from my credit card anyway. i am currently in the process of trying to get this money back.
