Artificial tree - MN what are my options - can you help find me a nice one?

So I'm going to take the plunge this year and say no to dropping needles and uncollected remains outside my house until we finally cave in and visit the dump in early March.

I want a fake tree! There, I've said it.
But I'd like one that doesn't look like a fluffy snowball. Something stylish and modern with a certain je ne sais quoi... (and not too big so we also can fit in the sitting room).
Help!

someone posted this website the other day. They look nicer than your average B&Q ones.

your link goes nowhere HeadFairy.

Do a search Justine there was a thread within the last few days and a link to some really realistic looking ones

for cheap and chic I got the biggest one from Ikea for £20 (there were 3 different sizes) and it looks very good. Not too tall or bulky even for a 6 foot one and has a nice minimal type stand. Would recommend it - have had lots of comments about how nice it looks (yes it has been up for 2 weeks already - don't ask). It somehow seems a bit lighter green than some of the B&Q type ones which look very obviously plastic to me so I think it looks a bit more realistic when everything is on.

I couldn't wait so I went ahead and bought this one. My daughter has already had a paddy about it just not being right when I showed her the pic... and looking at it again on the website, I've got a slightly queasy feeling about it. What do you think (you can be brutally honest).

didn't realise pine trees were deciduous . it will probably look great when rotating, personally mine came from aldi for £12.99 so I have no taste in the opposite direction.
