Go to Boots or M&S ooh and BHS and have a look at their 3 for 2. They have cookery stuff but you might end up spending more than £5 on it but if you've got 3 for 2 it might even itself out iykwim

oxfam have some excellent second hand book shops around - get cookery books or your dad and bil, a homeopathy book for your mum and a cross stich bnook for your sil.

You can get some excellent books for around £2.99 which will leave you £2 on each to get some chocolates or bubble bath?

Ivykaty44 · 28/11/2008 10:28

Oh just remembered I got an excellent cross stich book in book sale for under a fiver - they are also a good shop for cookery books and possible planes

The Book People?

Jackstini · 28/11/2008 10:31

The Works or other cheap book shops will def have some great stuff on cooking for a fiver. Or thebookpeople website
Make-up - 3 for 2 gifts in Boots/Superdrug or sets in Asda/Tesco
Could get a selection of crochet threads for your Mum &/or a cross stitch for sister - try wool shop or market

Was on the M&S website before, they have quite a few cook books for £3 and they are 3 for 2 as well, could get a cook book and a nice bar of chocolate?

cant go wrong with ebay for cross stitch etc and a website i use (because i cross stitch as well) is the black sheep,i think they had a sale on the other day, also market stalls sell cheap wool and threads.

for your sister, M&S again, they are offering 3 for 2 on some make up sets and i bought some "put a plane together and paint it" kits from there for DH and DS,again on 3 for 2 and the postage is free if you spend over £30.
