Anyone tried Nigella's turkey gravy?

I have decided I am going to brine my trkey this year and have bought Nigella's Christmas book.
The recipe for gravy looks really sweet.
Has anyone tried it?

I might have done can't remember but I do use her turkey brine every year and it's great.
