I live in Belgium and am coming home for a few days just before Christmas and was hoping someone here would tell me that there is a way I can pakcage a turkey so that it remains cool and will survive the 2 hr journey back to Belgium. Crazy I know but the turkeys here just aren't the same. Any ideas or am I crazy?

you are crazy

ok, well it depends how you are travelling. if it's just two hours then it's no real issue - wrap it up well to keep it cool, layers of newspaper and blankets etc, maybe a couple of those frozen freezerbags in the cavity too help keep it cold. I've driven xmas goose for far longer than 2 hours

Cool box?

Thanks - I think I'll try wrapping it in newspapers in an ice bag maybe.
