Anybody have any idea what these could be? Apparently they play them at playtime, yr 1/2 boys.

that was quick - thanks. I had no idea from his descriptions, and it seems that he borrows someones to play. I couldnt find on Toys'r'us though and he kept saying that's where they are from. Might getting him a pack for his stocking.

Are they in the UK? They are HUGE here in Brazil right now, DS (8) can't get enough of them. Even I have been know to have a few 'battles'. There's a wide range of games you can play with them apparently, and a sticker book. You get them in packs of 2 for about 40pence here.
