Doll for a newborn ?

I want to buy a doll for my best friends baby for Christmas, she will be 3 months old.
There is a lovely one in argos-fisher price my first doll but its out of stock
Does anyone know where else I can get this or suggest an alternative, I want it to be suitable from birth, thanks.

I think you'd be better to wait to her birthday for this tbh. She won't be able to play with it for at least another 6 months or so even if it is 'suitable from birth' That said my dd3 was given a sort of rag one from ELC which was from birth and was nicely chewable when she was very small. Now she's bigger though she never touches it. Could be worth a look there though.
