or some weights as a hint!

We are buying a wii as a joint present this year.

no chance of a Wii, he wants a new computer in the new year so we're saving at the mo for that. Clothes may be a good one though, he's always whineing he has nothing to wear

I was also uninspired as to what to get DP. I used up all my good ideas early in our relationship, so he has the nice watch, aftershave etc. I have bought him a zip up jumper & a shirt, then I am also going to do him a stocking with little bits & bobs in.

I've got dh a book about digging a root cellar and a 5' x 3' Jolly Roger pirate flag

i've got dh a camera bag and a zip up. want to get him a few wee bits and pieces but am v uninspired...

A Chillow and Jamie Oliver At Home. I also do him a stocking with after shave, chocs, cuff links etc.

I want to learn to knit so I can knit my DD pirate legwarmers (don't ask), perhaps I could get DH the flag and we could be a pirate family (maybe he will buy me the boat )

Got DP tickets to see a gig for him and a friend. Gig is going to be when new baby will be a couple of months old and am suspecting he will be gagging for a night out by then.

all rather dull really. he needs the 1st two and will enjoy the 2nd two.

gaspode - dh has one and although it's in the corner, every visitor sees it and I have to explain what the hell it is! Dh spent the first week switching something off upstairs and dashing down to see how much it had changed...

Dp will get a game that we can all play: last year it was Cluedo but this year it will probably be a wii game.

Cds - probably The Fall and The Killers

DVDs - Blackadder; Throne Of Blood.

Books

He hardly buys himself anything all year and saves up a list of all the DVDs, books and music he wants!

He will also get a homemade hamper of pickled onions, posh chutneys, crackers, beer etc - if he is very good.

Lauraloola, have you tested the Chillow? Sounds like a good idea for my Dad....
