ohhhhhhhh please! Inspiration needed!!

I'm really struggling this year! I need something for my Nan & Grandad who are both in their 90s, both live in their own homes but are quite housebound. Neither read really. Will get photos from DS for them. But am so stuck for ideas this year - have done calandars, hampers, cardys, perfume...

what about a nice bouquet of christmassy flowers? they can enjoy them, but it isn't something they've got to look after or keep forever

Well why not make your photos really special? Get a huge photo frame, get the photos printed to nice quality and make a collage of them so they can hang it somewhere? I love photo collages. Or a really nice rug or painting.

Could you set a digital photo frame up for them ad load it with pictures past and present?

Have a look on photobox (MN get discount!) they will make your photos into all sorts of pressies like mugs or bags or cushions, or even a hardback book they can show their pals.

Or if you want something more practical, I usually make up a hamper with 'treat' stuff in it - M&S food that they wouldn't usually afford in the normal run of things etc. It always seems to go down well.

Thanks! I like the Christmas flowers for my Nan but my 2 Aussie cousins tend to have the monopoly on them. I thin the large photo & nice frame is a good idea.....
