As I have been having chemo most of this year I have spend a lot of time in bed. And the children have spent a lot of days in their pjs. So I know what I am talking about .

The pyjamas from the white company are definately the best I have come across. I bought the candy cane stripes last christmas (both children matching sets) and they have been wonderful. They wash superbly and they are incredibly comfortable. They are also the only place I have been able to find cute boys nightwear in size 10 years.

I have been wearing these and they are great. I was given some sets from Hush which are dreadful as they have hipster bottoms. Who in their right mind wants to sleep in hipsters? The darn things are hideously uncomfortable.

Anyway you can get 15% off and free delivery at the moment (there is a code somewhere).

Please add your own christmas pyjama recommendations.

OK - can anyone solve my Christmas Pyjama problem? I need non-slogan super-comfy ones for my dcs. The problem is that family tradition means that they have to be if not the same at least similar, and the children concerned are a ds of nearly 8 and a dd of 13.(!) I've got away with it up to now, but I don't think dd will fit comfortably into 11-12, which is the biggest size of children's ones and ds is much to small for adults. I did drop into the conversation that maybe they are getting a bit old for the pyjama fairy to visit on Christmas Eve and was met with outrage.....

mamaspanx · 04/11/2008 14:28

boden? or is that a no no!!

seeker · 04/11/2008 14:32

I don't think Boden go big enough for dd, do they? I would be delighted if they did - even if I have to have the parcel delivered under cover of darkness...........!

mamaspanx · 04/11/2008 14:42

some boden girls ones are 13-14 or aged 14.

I bought some lovely pj's in asda yesterday - decided to treat myself and throw away all my grubby nightwear.

Got some lovely eyeore pjs with soft checked bottoms and some grumpy ones.

Very comfy

Pigleto, I love white company PJs. I got some in the summer sale for DD1 and they have washed brilliantly. As I have 2 younger DDs this is a definite plus. I have been torn re the snowball ones as I love the white pointelle vests that go with them, but think they'll be too cold for xmas eve (we are returning home that day, so the house will be cold). I think the cardi too would be over the top (DH would kill me if he saw the price). Decisions, decisions. Also love Gap ones. I've already bought the glow-in-the-dark alien ones for DS. Keep the suggestions coming in everyone. I'm not in the UK so am relying on good website suggestions.

I got some lovely ones from Aztec but I'm not sure if they are still doing them. Please, why is Boden shameful?
