I promise you I am not stalking you but on another thread you were asking for Granola recipes so here is mine.
Pre heat oven to 150 degrees
In a bowl mix
300gr porridge oats
50gr of pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds
100gr flaked almonds
125ml maple syrup
2 tbsps of runny honey and vegetable oil
1tsp vaniila extract
cook for 15 mins
then stir in
50 gr dessicated coconut
100 gra mixed dried berries
cook for a further 15 mins
