Healthy-ish Edible Christmas Gifts

This might be a long shot but I'm after some ideas for edible gifts I can give to people that aren't too sugar-laden. I usually make fudge/brownies/truffles/biscuits but as I give the to people on Christmas Day, they're usually over the extreme indulgence and don't really want any more sugar, which I completely understand.

I could gift things earlier on in the season but ideally would love something slightly indulgent but not crazy that I can give on Christmas Day. This is the only thing I've found so far but keen for more ideas if anyone has any!

@sashh i do have a dishwasher! It would be transformational if I could sterilise things and not risk accidentally poisoning everyone Grin

@ToadRage ooh popcorn is a high volume, low calorie snack food isn’t it? I could do weird/gourmet/Christmas flavours. In fact, I have a Marcus wareing cookbook that has an entire chapter dedicated to popcorn - maybe it’s time to bust it out

Maybe something like this would be well received. They all love Bombay mix so this could be a “healthier” version

What about chutney? You could make a big batch and buy some pretty jars.

I made Harissa once. It lasted 6 weeks in the fridge. It was slightly milder than some, and delicious.

Some people can be funny about home made food items, but you know your audience. Some of these do have sugar but some ideas. I grow alot of veg and try to pickle/stew/store what I can for winter. Alot of veg that is season is cheaper to buy now and pickle/process-

Sloe gin

Make this sloe gin in advance and leave to mature for a richly rounded, fruity flavour. It makes for a perfect homemade gift
