Tesco seem to have started stocking some of their Xmas products - they had the Celebrations tubs for under £4 and the Roses tubs for just over £5. I have no idea how these prices will compare once other places start selling them but thought I would mention it.

A bit random, but they also had a huge sack of rice half price: £6.50. It was 10kg, I think. Might be useful if anyone is stocking up!

Charlotte tilbury has up to 45% off some kits. Some nice ones there.

Thank you! Another present sorted

Has anyone seen any good offers on the skylight interactive calendar ideally 20inch, MIL really wants one but they are so super spendy, can see some cheaper versions on Amazon but look like fancy digital photo frames 🤦‍♀️ ETA for typos - not enough coffee

Edited

I didn’t know about digital calendars @MamaK19 - your post sent me off to have a look. I'm tempted by the Dragon Touch ones, which are much cheaper and get quite good reviews:

Oliver Bonas sale has loads of great earrings in the sale. I have ordered lots for dd.
I’m hoping to get her a Stackers jewellery box too. I also could get carried away on the Jane Austen shop site. Dd is soo easy to buy for.

Unfortunately I do not have any ideas yet for ds who will also have his 21st birthday ☹️ He is definitely not easy to buy for.

At least 70 but could easily get a shop to 100 with some more Christmas gifts for the kids. Cheers

Hahah I know I’m tempted too!!

If it helps I was weighing up between the skylight, the dragon touch and echo show 15. I went echo show for the fire TV which DH wanted to have in the kitchen and functionality with the rest of smart stuff around the house and the ring doorbell. With no additional subscription needed.
But solely on the calendar function and to do lists etc I'm disappointed by it. Wish I had spent the extra on the skylight

Does anyone have a recommendation of the ear cameras that were popular last year? I think my teen would love one!
also very random I’m on the hunt for the US office merch, I haven’t started looking outside of Vinted yet.

Have bought DD a CT little lip and perfume set. With delivery it’s just under £32. How did stocking fillers go from tat costing approximate £1 to this? <faints>

I can remember when one of her most exciting gifts was some plaque disclosure tablets and her and DS spent every bedtime turning their teeth blue for a week Grin

We bought the Dragon touch one earlier this year and it was utter shit - we demanded a refund after the 3rd replacement - I genuinely think the majority of reviews are fake

Notlongnow1 · 19/08/2026 22:37

@mamak19 if you are on instagram, every other influencer seems to have a code atm, always last 30 days and typically give you £55 off. JOHNMAX first I found searching. Very tempted here but so spendy!

would love a link to ear camera - DC are obsessed with wax !

CarrieMoonbeams · 20/08/2026 11:45

@Nomdeplumeforthis1 and @Pixie2015 , is it for an android phone? If so I can tell you which one I bought last year from eBay.

DH hasn't used it to look for earwax so I can't advise on that 😁, but it's been brilliant for when he inevitably loses a tiny little screw or something when he's tinkering with his car or motorbikes!

Sorry, no idea I'm afraid - I looked at the listing for mine and it definitely just says Android. Hopefully someone else will pop in soon with a recommendation, they're a really popular gift on here every year! X
