How to wrap?

I have made a scented candle in a pretty sugar bowl for my Grandmother for Christmas. I do not need to post it as we are visiting my brother tomorrow and he can deliver it when he visits her on Boxing Day but I am unsure how to wrap it. Ideally I would like to put it in a box but I have no money left and no time to pick one up cos we are seeing him tomorrow. Does any have idiot-proof instructions on how to make an appropriate box or other ways of wrapping it that will protect it in transit?

Do you have any cardboard in the house you can repurpose?

I would gift bag it, do you have tissue paper ?

If you have a box just paper wrap that and maybe fill it out with paper so it isn't being bashed about.

I do not have a suitable box, bag or tissue paper. I only have wrapping paper or massive boxes that I repurpose for selling shoes on Ebay.

Double wrap it and give it to your brother in a bag for life? So it isn't being handled to much

Kitchen roll? cereal box? box of teabags? something you can tip out and use? Take the scissors to a large shoe box and wrap it with that?

Im sure there are video hacks showing how to make a gift bag out of wrapping paper
