Placed an order for 3 Fahlo bracelets on the 30th November. Money taken out of bank but not order acknowledgement, but lots of marketing emails from the company. They are saying they have no record of purchase and won’t reimburse me. I’ve sent a screen shot of the payment but they are saying I must have entered the wrong email or address, which I know I didn’t because why else would I be receiving emails from them and paid through Apple so address added automatically. Not sure what to do next
