Fahlo problems anyone

Placed an order for 3 Fahlo bracelets on the 30th November. Money taken out of bank but not order acknowledgement, but lots of marketing emails from the company. They are saying they have no record of purchase and won’t reimburse me. I’ve sent a screen shot of the payment but they are saying I must have entered the wrong email or address, which I know I didn’t because why else would I be receiving emails from them and paid through Apple so address added automatically. Not sure what to do next

I had this, but had gotten a text message with a confirmation code, that was the only way I managed to link it up. If no text message then I'd consider a charge back through your bank if possible?

Their customer service has been awful, I ordered on the 23rd of Nov and still waiting on dispatch, despite emailing many times and them saying it was being dispatched. I'm considering cancelling the orders tbh

Pethas I have been lucky but I've had no problems
I ordered three bracelets on November 27 and they came on December 5th.
I had a query about the cards that were included and they came back to me the same day.
