I got them shower jellies from Lush this year.

White company candles and chocolates

Nothing they are paid to do a job just be decent in your interactions instead of trying to bribe them with landfill fodder

Vouchers - probably for the local shopping centre (we pool money as a class and divide it between teachers and assistants, so they get about £60 each, which isn’t bad)
