hi, just after some ideas for 16 yr old boy for stocking gifts, I still like to do a stocking with little gifts in ive chosen myself and then he gets a 100 pound budget from me he can either have as money or buy something with for Xmas. So I've got the usuals etc, chocs and favourite sweets/snacks, some underwear, pj bottoms, a men's body set, a headphones he wanted that weren't expensive, he's had a really good year and I wanted to put in a few more bits but im not sure what, what kinda of things would your teen boys like to see within say under 25 pounds? I will also include a 15 voucher for ps5 and maybe some scratch cards or lottery ticket for fun. I've run out of ideas! Thanks

I think stockings are quite personal and I tend to put in stuff appropriate to what they are interested in
Mine has
socks
boxers
golf ball marker
lightning McQueen luggage tag (he’s going away with school)
lightning McQueen socks (as a joke present!)
golf magazine
mini aftershave from M&S
golf towel
tweezer set as he keeps borrowing mine
haribo tube
chocolate orange
festive Percy Pigs
Can of Strawberry Fanta (tradition every year that he gets one!)

As stocking fillers, mine is getting:
Phone cables (steals mine)
power bank
socks/pants
smellies
silk or satin pillow case (steals mine)
sweets/chocs
4 pack of Coke in the glass bottles (this is the best apparently)
peanuts of his own
chewing gum

That already sounds like a lovely selection of gifts - we tend to be more minimal, 10 presents maximum in their stockings and nothing too expensive, but equally no plastic tat that’s bad for the planet. My boys are a bit younger (eldest is 14, youngest is 12) and I’m finding it a bit harder this year as they are getting more grown up. The 14 year old is getting: a Tony’s Chocoloney selection of small bars, a book, candy kittens sweets, some fancy .177pellets for his air pistol, running socks, oddballs boxers, a mini foam rugby ball (the size 3 patterned optimum ones are v popular with my boys), a t-shirt from a big sports competition he did this year, a new set of spikes for his running shoes, and a satsuma.

The younger one is having a Joe & Seph’s Chocolate popcorn slab, a book, gummy bears sweets, a woolly hat from his rugby club, running socks, oddballs boxers, mini foam rugby ball, same t-shirt as his brother, a new set of studs for his rugby boots, and an apple.

I’ve found choosing gifts a lot harder this year in general - they aren’t into gaming (thank goodness) and already have most things they need for their sports (although I have got them a few things like new race jammers for swimming / triathlon and football shin pads). I’ve got Pokemon cards for the younger one and a lego machine gun for the eldest (into target shooting) and a few other little bits.
