Good quality mens Pj bottoms

I was in M&S and was looking for some for DH and they just feel so thin.
I’d like to get him a nice pair that is made from nice quality material. This is the problem with not having shops to go to and feel them as I’m probably stuck ordering online.
Any suggestions.

Next has some really soft and lively men’s pyjamas. They were £30 a set and hanging on the wall display not on the unit if that makes sense. Full pyjamas not just bottoms but although they did have separates I didn’t check them out!

My DH has bottoms from Loungers. They’re lovely thick brushed cotton.

The White Company normally do nice ones and are 20% off atm.

DH recently got some from Next and they are not thin and have washed well.

We do have a next so I can actually go and see them! Annoyed as the M&S ones were blackwatch tartan which he loves.

The loungers ones also look nice - need to work out the sizes though!
