So my daughter had chosen a giving tree tag for a 3 year old and it just says “pre school toys” no idea if boy or girl as tag doesn’t say so can anyone recommend decent pre school toys? Been a while since i’ve bought any lol or specific things their 3 year old likes playing with

Orchard games or jigsaw puzzles

Art and craft kit

Dolls, cars, dressing up costumes

Do you think they mean “educational” toy? Or simply restating the age group?

I think PP has done a good interpretation of “educational” with the orchard games and craft kits. I would add those sets play-doh sell.

But all play is learning and other things pre-schoolers like include:
Hot wheels
Marble run
Sylvannian families

I’ve no idea it just has age & the gift they want & says age 3 & preschool toys! My son was easy he picked a tag for a 9 year old wanting a specific lego set but preschool threw me as i don’t know if its toys or more educational based.

basically just good unisex gift/s for a 3 year old. Budget up to £30

I'd get Duplo. You can get the starter tub for £20 from Smyth's and then you could get a small extra set to make up the £30.

Duplo is good for all ages and abilities. You can play by yourself or with others. It's easy to add too if you want to, but you can also play with just a starter set. It's a nice big box so it looks exciting for the child. It's not gendered.

Asda has the deluxe (bigger) set for £28, which is a good bit cheaper than anywhere else.

For £30 I would look at Duplo.
