Can anyone recommend best place to get christmas lights / brand? Like the type that hang round the outside.

Don’t want ott lights but i’ve always wanted some lights like that & since moving to a house i like & my grinch husband agreeing to hang them i finally can BUT how many / how long? Command hooks?

want some this year & maybe a wee (artifical) tree with lights

You'll need to do some measuring up, but my view is the more the merrier. And you can get wifi-enabled outdoor extension plugs for turning them on and off - mine go on at sunset and off at 11pm.

Following as we finally have an outdoor socket so I’m looking to upgrade from a string of outdoor battery powered lights that I have had for years.

I second lights for fun & have an outdoor plug so no faffing about with wires. You can time them when to come on too.
