Hi everyone! I’m wanting to do cakes this year; I did them last year but did non-alcoholic and soaked the fruit 50/50 with tea and orange juice and it was lovely, but this year I’m thinking of doing 50/50 orange and alcohol, so looking for advice.
How far in advance could I make this? (Last years was literally 2 weeks in advance due to poor shelf-life with it being no alcohol)
If I soaked the fruit in alcohol/juice, could I just feed it with juice? (Last years was fed with tea now and again - not too often cause otherwise it would go soggy)
I’m sure I had another question, but it’s been a long day and I can’t remember 😁
