I am cooking for the in laws. I've ordered meat, stuffing and pigs in blankets to collect on 23rd from butcher.
Fil is now having chemo on 24th so they'd rather do dinner on 27th.
Should I freeze the meat on 23rd and cook on 27th or do you think it will be OK to keep in fridge?
I could ask the butcher on 23rd but I imagine he'll be busy
DH and I are planning to just have party food on Christmas day.
