6 Taskmaster crackers for 8 guests..

Did anyone get the Taskmaster crackers last year and can advise if it’s easy to make it work for 8 people?? Or should I get another pack so we’ve each got one?? But then I’m assuming this would just double up tasks etc..

it says on the box there are 37 tasks so I’m hoping we can just split them out between us?

any ideas?

I didn’t have the crackers but I played the card game last year and I’ll be honest it was awful. Each task required far too many resources and prep time it just didn’t really work in the context of a casual family board game activity

my box says 6-10 players, as there are additional cards inside. But they are also half price at Waitrose at the moment if you’d prefer to get another box!

There’s enough in there for 8 people to play

Cool I think I’ll stick with the one box then

We were very disappointed with them last year - too complicated. We're a real game playing family too (adult kids) and love taskmaster normally. Would not recommend or buy them again which was a pity because we were really looking forward to using them. I'd recommend regular crackers and the board game Don't Get Got.

To answer your original question I asked on the website if all boxes were the same so we didn't duplicate. They recommended one box and doubling tasks which suggests to me each box has identical tasks.

We played this recently and one box of crackers can expand! You need to use an app to play as well. It was fine but it didn’t really last very long when there were six of us playing.

Oh no I’ve bought them now!

I like the look of Don’t Get Got - they’ve got various editions including a (pretty pricey!) Christmas version - would that be worth the extra or do the normal / travel versions work as well?

Homesense yesterday had Don’t Get Got crackers!

@FusionChefGeoff I think we just have the normal version - it's dd's. We haven't played for a couple of years (kids are all over the country) so looking forward to it this Christmas. Didn't know there was a Christmas version!

Monikers is another favourite here.
