Fancy notebook

can anyone recommend a lovely, fancy notebook please? It's for dd1 (13) who told me the other day she always loves fancy notebooks but doesn't feel worthy of one as she isn't fancy! I want to get her something really lovely and good quality so she knows she is worthy of fancy things.

Second the recommendation for TK Maxx, loads of choice and way cheaper than Waterstones etc. Nothing wrong with them as far as I can see.

I don't know your budget but Smythson notebooks are really special, with this lovely blue paper that is thin yet isn't penetrated by ink. On a more budget end, TK Max have superb notebooks (often from brands like Moleskine), or Ryman / Amazon have a notebook brand called Leuchtturm, which are lovely colours, solid, with range of sizes, insides - lines vs dots etc, and some stickers etc for labelling

If you’re not averse to buying from Amazon I got a lovely hardback one recently for a friend, the brand is Peter Pauper press. There are some lovely designs.

Not quite what you asked for but Legend planners (also Amazon) are very nice too if she’s into planning, goal setting etc. I’ve ordered a gorgeous purple one for dd15.

Papier has some beauties. You can get personalised notebooks, really nice gift boxes, fancy pens and pen clips etc. I got my best friend something from them last year for Christmas and the quality was just lovely.

I love moleskin notebooks. The paper is lovely quality and I always think even my dreadful handwriting looks better on such lovely paper than on a other notebooks
