Is it to early to put up decorations

It’s very tempting. Current plan is to hold out until 1st December!

I usually put them up the first weekend in December, but I’ve had a bad year due to my mum passing away and also a couple of other close relatives too, so I want some cheer in the house.

I say go for it (I am) 🙂

I've had mine up since the beginning of October. 🎅Love my tree lights on in the evenings.

Who cares? Do what ever you want - if it would make your Christmas better to have them up early, do it. If it would ruin the mood and excitement later don't. etc.

Personally, I'll be doing them next week, so probably 1 week earlier than normal, but that is because we are away from mid-December staying with family, so if I'm going to put the money and effort in to decorating the house, I want to get at least 3-4 weeks out of enjoying them.

Mine went up last weekend. A bit early, but we are busy now every weekend until the last weekend before Christmas which is too close.
It makes it so cosy in the evenings!
