Present mishaps

Twice I’ve been mugged off by branded packaging…
bought dd13 a white fox hoody a few weeks back, said it was coming on the Monday, great she’s at school. No turned up on Saturday in massive white fox packaging, sat by the door as me and dd arrived home from shopping so of course she instantly spots it.
the same thing happened today, wasn’t due until Monday, no emails to say it was getting delivered today, I’ve got home from work to find the starface order I’d ordered had arrived in bright yellow packaging with a massive starface logo. My mum had left it on the side and of course dd has seen it 🤦‍♀️
anyone else had some present mishaps

Get parcels sent to a collection point or locker.

Nope. But my daughter is only 11 and my sons live in cloud cuckoo land So it could be dancing in their faces and they would still have no clue

Thankfully I usually manage to intercept the parcels, but ds golf clubs for his birthday arrived in a box with the product name and description printed on the box!

One from my own childhood, I got a much longed for Gameboy but my mum didn't t realise you had to buy games separately so I couldn't play it on Christmas day. I was gutted but tried not to show it for my mum's sake as I knew how hard she'd tried.
