Montirex Sizing help

Does anyone know what the sizing is like for montirex kids please my son is 12 nearly 13 it goes s/m/l/xl in the kids section does anyone know what size is best he's of average build x

My son is an average sized just turned 12 year old and the junior large fits him nicely.

How are they for length? DS12 has shorts and tshirt in M and L, which are both fine (the waist has to be pulled in on the L but he’s really skinny, and the M Tshirt is a little short) but I’m looking at the tracksuits and according to the website he’d be XL as he’s 5’3”.
