Family gift, 2 adults, 2 children

Can anyone suggest a gift suitable for an 8 year old, 11 year old and perhaps their parents too.
I always gift my friends two boys something for Christmas, previous efforts have been a nerf gun each, a puzzle for the family to complete, a board game for them all to enjoy and an escape room game.
I am struggling for anything different for this year that isn't just another board game.
Any ideas? Thanks

-Tickets/gift voucher to a zoo
-Tickets/gift voucher to a theme park/thorpe park/lego land etc
-https://yosushi.com/sushi-school The younger child might be a bit young to enjoy it, but my 11yr old god daughter absolutely loves sushi and would love this. DH and I did this course a few years ago and still make sushi often.

Should probably add a budget. Max £20 at the most.

Beat That is a great family game. Box full of challenges involving ping pong balls, straws, cups etc. Things like who can build the biggest tower etc.

A fire pit and ingredients to make smores.

An OS map and a book of local walks.

Thank you the fire pit idea sounds pretty cool

Tickets to an event they'd all enjoy or something like a family photo calendar maybe? You can design your own thing, add birthdays and anniversaries, pictures of them and their pets if they have any, etc.
