Gold beaded table mats

This year I want to change my Christmas table and would like to buy the round gold beaded table mats, I don’t want to use a tablecloth. Anyone who already has them, do they slide around when you are cutting up food?

I have lots of them, large small and drink mats (dont just use them at Christmas).

Some bought already had a backing on them and some did not and the wire that held the beads were starting to scratch my table, so I bought some felt to fix on the bottom. No problems at all with them moving about, just check the backing.
